Supervision

Supervision is a service provided to support people in their work role, and with the impacts of their work.

Supervision is designed to meet the needs of the individual. At times, supervision might be used to support personal wellbeing, and at other times it might be more focused around issues such as time management, change processes, stress, career development, interpersonal workplace relationships, or current goals.

I am able to provide both clinical supervision and more general professional supervision.

Clinical supervision is provided to individuals in people-helping roles - such as pharmacists, social workers, nurses, and other counsellors. This type of supervision includes discussion of work with the individuals and groups they serve.

Professional supervision is designed to support people across a wider range of work roles. I have provided professional supervision to lawyers, business owners, trades people, IT professionals.

I very much enjoy supporting people to perform well in their role, and to care well for themselves as they make their professional contribution.

  • “Working with people can be really overwhelming. It was great to have someone to meet with to debrief, and to think about things differently.”

  • “When things got difficult for me at work, Charlotte was a great mediator and helped get things back on track. She was very supportive and helped me manage the stress in my life.”

  • “I found it easy to trust Charlotte. I could share what was going on for me. She helped me make changes at work that made me a better person at home.”
